Here is the synopsis:

After the loss of everyone HELENE PARISH loves and horrific premonitions of things she fears are to come, she is drawn to the town of Glenhaven, Tennessee. The place doesn’t even appear on a map and dead ends at the end of a treacherous winding road known as the Dragon’s Neck.

The town’s doctor, AMSEL RICHTER, might be the sexiest man Helene has ever met with his over six-foot frame and unusual violet eyes. He also has the most infuriating ability to know exactly what she is really feeling. In fact, the entire town seems to have Helene’s number, understanding things about her and her abilities that she has kept hidden her entire life.

When Helene investigates strange lights in the woods and encounters a terrifying winged being, she is sure Amsel is hiding something. Then, there is the matter of the arrival of a letter from the birth mother she never knew, claiming there are things about herself that she needs to know. Helene is determined to find answers. But will she be able to accept the future she is bound to?
